Before stepping into the world of sound healing, Briana Blythe trained extensively in classical vocal performance and opera. She holds a bachelor of arts in liberal arts from Excelsior College in Albany, New York, and pursued advanced operatic and musical studies through immersive training programs in the United States and Europe.

Briana speaks Italian, developed through immersive language and cultural study at Scuola ILI di Lingua e Cultura Italiana and at the Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana in Lugano, Switzerland—deepening both her musical interpretation and embodied connection to classical repertoire.

She was a fellow at her third year in attendance at the Aspen Opera Theater Center at the Aspen Music Festival and School and attended OperaWorks on two separate occasions, gaining rigorous performance training alongside internationally respected artists.

Her private vocal studies spanned 11 years and included work with renowned teachers such as Rita Patané, Eric Halfvarson, Jane Eaglen, Elizabeth Hynes, Vinson Cole, and other distinguished mentors within the operatic tradition.

After personal loss and burnout led her to pivot careers and enter a period of silence, it was vocal toning that ultimately healed her relationship with her voice.

Briana now leads transformational vocal workshops, lessons, and sound experiences that support people in releasing fear, shame, self-judgment, and limiting beliefs around their voices—guiding them to reclaim the full power of their unique expression.

As the founder of Tone Circle™, Briana is committed to making vocal empowerment accessible to all. Her mission is to reconnect people’s hearts with their voices, cultivating greater calm, clarity, and connective harmony in everyday life.

A clairaudient vocalist herself, Briana also channels harmonic attunements for individual and collective healing, and teaches practices ranging from foundational vocal awareness to advanced vocal alchemy techniques that harness the human voice as a tool for deep transformation.
